Yes No. Sorry this didn’t help. Thanks for your feedback. In my case it helped to switch within Camera Menu to the most right menu entry the yellow 2. Therin you should find an entry “Connection”. A seperate driver seems no longer to be neccessary.
Not sure what the requirement is but I connected my camera via usb without installing any software. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community. Search the community and support articles Windows Windows 10 Search Community member. After downloading Windows 10 our computer upgrade W 7 to W 10 does not recognize the Canon camera anymore , so we can not import pictures.
