Most of the scenes load, but do not show any of the objects in the view port. I was able to use some of the other scenes that did load and try the examples using this other scene, but this does not work for all examples. I am pretty new to Maya but I also have completed many other tutorials, and am familiar with the various ways to hide and unhide objects in the view port, but I am unable to resolve this issue in most of the scenes.
If anyone else is able to get them all to work please let me know. The text only presents a basic function on how to perform the particular action as opposed to presenting an understanding what the functions are and why they would be used in one instance or another.
